Came here on a whim and so glad I did! The pizza is delicious and they have a variety to chose from. This pizzeria has been my go to place weekly with my kids. Tonight they overcooked my pizza but it's ok.. it was still delicious!
Ordered Takeout and it came quick! Originally ordered on GrubHub and thought that it would be a while but my food came quick from the delivery person who works at Villa Formia not a GrubHub driver who could've stolen my food. I am pleased. Secondly the Penne El Vodka was so good! It hit the spot. Tasted like the type of pasta I have on Christmas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Best Pizza in Oceanside hands down! Very nice and efficient staff. Never ate inside but the takeout is always amazing.
Pleasantly surprised with this place. Overlooking an order mishap...the food was good. I had a chicken caesar salad (chopped) and the buffalo calamari. Both were very good ESPECIALLY the calamari. Cooked perfectly. Friendly staff too.

We recently used Villa Formia for a work function and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Everything was great and the staff went above and beyond. From someone who orders food for work on a regular basis and something is almost ALWAYS messed up- this restaurant was a breath of fresh air and we will use them again in the future. Thank you Villa Formia for a seamless experience.
One of my favorite places for their unique gourmet slices. If you're in the mood for something different, this is the place for you. A Chicken Caesar Salad slice? Yes! How about Grandma Alla Vodka? Yup! Tortellini Alfredo slice? You bet! Villa Formia is more than just pizza though. I've enjoyed a number of really well prepared Italian favorite dinners like chicken francese, cheese manicotti and veal parmigiana. Help is friendly and there is ample parking in the strip mall that they are in, plus they deliver!
Wonderful pizza.... best pizzeria in Oceanside They also have the restaurant with really awesome server -Sandy - she is amazing just as food is. My favorite pizza is allavodka,margarita,GRANDMAetc My favorite dish is chicken francese,chicken scarpariello witch comes with side pasta or salad but I prefer pasta because i love they're marinara sauce
